Return Policy

Returns may take up to 4 weeks to process.
In order to process returns we must look up each order and review each item that was sent back in. This takes a good amount of time away from other important duties that we must take care of. 
Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Sale Items, Loved by Lacy and Olive Box, Christmas Box, Grab Bag, and Mystery Box, all specialty boxes and bags sales are final; not returnable nor refundable.
  • Items purchased with a discount of 25% or more are not returnable.
  • Items purchased during a free giveaway period (i.e. buy an item get one free while supplies last) are not eligible for return
  • If a non-eligible item is returned then the return will be rejected. You will be contacted and if you wish to keep the item then you may pay an additional $5 shipping charge for the item to be returned to you.
Returns
Regular purchases may be returned for store credit within three days of receipt granted that clothing is unused and tags are attached (if tags were present). Please use the return for at the bottom of the page for eligible items. When your return is processed, you will receive an e-mail with the store credit/gift card included. 
Exchanges
Exchanges are NOT available. Olive Mae Clothing releases limited items that cannot be re-made. The popularity of our pieces stems from their limited nature and the thrill of carting the limited item at the time of release. When we have to add items back to the site the thrill is not there anymore. Mamas also save their funds to purchase items on release day so for us to run out of stock of the item at that critical moment and then add items back later on, the mama who desperately wanted the item for her OMG might not have the funds to get it anymore. 
If you recieve an item and decide you need a different size, then please go ahead and purchase the size you want while it is available on the site and send in the other one for store credit.
Repairs
If your product arrives to you in need of some sort of repair then we would be happy to fix it. If this should occur then please e-mail us at customerservice@olivemaeclothing.com within 3 days of receiving your package from us and include pictures of the damage and your order number. We will only be able to repair unworn and unwashed items that were purchased directly from Olive Mae (no BST items). Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt so we may better serve you.
Canceling Orders
We do not cancel orders for ANY reason. 
Refunding Difference 
We will only refund the difference when an item goes on sale if the item was purchased within 1 hour of the sale. This does not apply to Black Friday sales. We put products on sale when the inventory is very low. Typically this means we may only have a few of the item left. Sometimes this means that an item that has not shipped yet goes on sale because there are only a few left. Even if an item has not shipped and it goes on sale, we will NOT refund the difference for the item.
